Returns & Refunds — My Bricktopia

We’re confident you’ll love our lighting kits. If your experience isn’t perfect, we’re here to help with a clear, fair returns process.

Key Points

  • 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
  • Original condition: return items in original packaging with all tags/components.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or have the shipping address changed after dispatch.
  • We cannot accept returns where the same order has been shipped to you twice.
  • Consumer guarantees do not apply if you changed your mind, damaged the kit, or simply did not like the purchase.

How to Start a Return (Money-Back Guarantee)

Contact us within 30 days

Email info@mybricktopia.com with: the item you wish to return and the reason, your first & last name, order number, and a clear photo of what you received.

If a product is not working as described (e.g., remote or sound module), include a short video demonstrating the issue—otherwise we can’t approve the refund.

Return in original packaging

Pack all components and tags in the original packaging to prevent transit damage.

Ship the parcel

Return shipping costs are payable by you and are not reimbursed.

Return addresses vary by region. Email info@mybricktopia.com and we’ll provide the correct return address for your location.

Incorrect Address & Redelivery
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order.
  • We cannot offer refunds for orders placed with an incorrect address that are marked as delivered. If the parcel is not delivered, we can resend to an alternative address (carrier rules may allow destruction or redelivery).
  • Customers have a maximum of 30 days to return their package in line with this policy.
  • If your order was delivered to the incorrect address you provided, we may offer a discount on a replacement order.
Processing & Refund Timeline
  • You have 30 days from receipt to submit your Money-Back application. Applications outside this window cannot be approved.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for your returned parcel to be received and checked at our warehouse.
  • Once processed, refunds typically reach your account within 3–5 working days. We’ll email you as soon as your refund is issued.
  • If you haven’t heard from us after 10 working days from sending your return, contact us with your proof of return at info@mybricktopia.com.
