Getting Started

Can I add a light kit after building my LEGO® set?
Yes—installing lights after the set is fully built is common and recommended. It keeps the build experience intact and makes cable routing easier.
How do I activate or pair the remote the first time?
Some remotes require a first-time activation: connect to a 5V USB power source, then press and hold the power button for ~3 seconds until the lights flash.
What power supply do I need?
Use a standard 5V USB power source (e.g., a phone charger or power bank). Avoid higher-voltage adapters.
Where can I find instructions?
Each product page includes video or 3D instructions, and some sets include a downloadable manual.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
We typically dispatch within 1–3 business days (up to 5 during peak periods). You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is on the way.
Can I change my address or cancel?
We can assist before dispatch. After a parcel ships, addresses and cancellations can’t be changed. If you made a mistake, email our team at info@mybricktopia.com as soon as possible and we’ll help.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. For the most accurate updates after arrival in your country, track via the local postal service or last-mile carrier.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return window?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
What if something arrives missing or faulty?
Contact us with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos (video if a remote or sound module isn’t working). We’ll diagnose quickly and send the right replacement parts.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes—our lighting components come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Safety & Disclaimers

Are LEGO® sets included?
No. We sell LED lighting kits only. LEGO® sets shown in images are for display/reference and are sold separately.
What age are the kits suitable for?
Our products contain small parts and batteries and may pose a choking hazard. They are not intended for very young children; adult supervision is recommended.

Quick Troubleshooting

Lights aren’t turning on—what should I check?
Try these steps:
  • Use a known-good 5V USB power source (phone charger or power bank).
  • Disconnect everything except the power cable, then add components one by one to isolate the issue.
  • If none light up, the USB cable/board may be faulty; if only some light up, a wire may be pinched—re-seat that section or contact us for a replacement part.
